Learning How To Stop Stress Eating is important for the obvious reasons; Stress eating leads to weight gain and sabotages your efforts in living a healthy lifestyle.
The less obvious reason it is important is because going to food instead of God removes the opportunity for you to truly create solutions and or access His peace that surpasses all understanding. It also creates a block in your communication with God, your ability to hear from Him
Not only that stress wreaks HAVOC on our mental and physical health. Stress increases your risk for disease, declines cognitive function and brain health and quality of life and longevity.
Understand, stress in and of itself is NOT all body… It’s how long we sit with it and how we respond it that can lead us to Dis-Ease
