I often get asked, "How do you stay motivated?" Truth be told I don't STAY motivated all the time. Motivation, in the common understanding of the word, is a FEELING that is unreliable for each of us - because we are human sis!
However I do (and don't do) what I'm teaching you in this episode;
The actionable "3 Don'ts and 5 Do's" that will help you progress toward any goal and create spurts of motivation.
